Members of Afghanistan Chamber of Industries and Mines (ACIM) Were Briefed on Tax Disputes Resolution Board (TDRB)

This session was conducted in the conference room of ACIM and attended by the members of different production sectors. At the beginning Rahimullah Samandar the CEO of ACIM welcomed the attendees and expressed his delight to the Minister of Finance and leadership of MoF with regards to establishment of TDRB.
“TDRB, as stipulated in the law will independently resolve the tax disputes of taxpayers”, he stated.
Latter, Nasrullah Durrani the member of TDRB gave a presentation on the need and importance of TDRB to participants and provided comprehensive information of the work process of the board.
Mr. Durrani, at the end of session explained the TDRB forms to the participants. It is noteworthy that TDRB is established to solve tax disputes of taxpayers under the provision of Article 55 of Tax Administration (LAW), the commitment of MoF with International Community and Decree No. 1835 of the President dated 13/7/1398. TDRB has practically started its activities.
