Tax Awareness Program Held in Helmand

MoF/ARD in series of its tax awareness programs, conducted a three days long tax awareness program in Helmand this time.
The program was started with the speech by Mirwais Mirzaee the Mastufy (Provincial Revenue Director) of Helmand province by welcoming the MoF delegation coming from Kabul. He asked all taxpayers to utilize this program, pay tax on due time and fulfill this national duty in order that the country become self-sufficient.
Mohammad Kazim Dost the Taxpayers’ Objection Review Sub-Director provided detailed information on objections review, tax disputes resolution and objections registration, while Mr. Waisuddin Ahmad talked about tax awareness of taxpayers.
It is worth mentioning that this program taxpayers were also allowed to give opinions, ask question and make suggestions.
At the end of program, all participants were presented with copies of tax laws (Income Tax Law and Tax Administration Law) in order to increase their tax awareness.
