Markets and Shops of 5th Revenue District Sealed

The staff of MoF/ARD/STO sealed those shops and markets in the relevant area of 5th Revenue District who have not paid their taxes.
The sealed markets include Saray Paghman, Bakhtrian Market, Tamadon Cell Phones Market, Labaik Trading Market and more than 500 individual shops. Among these, Chardehi business Center and few other markets remained opened as they pledged to clarify their taxes until Monday next week.
It is worthy of note that markets and shops are sealed in accordance with Article 22 of Tax Admin Law (TAL) for not paying taxes. All taxpayers are kindly requested to comply with tax payments in accordance with tax laws; otherwise, they will face the same action.
