    Mawlavi Muhammad Naeem Masroor

    Mawlavi Muhammad Naeem Masroor, son of Haji Abdul Qasim, is a resident of Andi village in the Navi district of Ghazni province. He was born in 1370 Hijri Shamsi, in a religious and mujahid family. From an early age, he began his primary education at the central madrasa of Navi district and then continued his religious studies in the madrasas of Kuchlak and Kharotabad with famous religious scholars. Following this foundational period, he completed his Wurrah Dourah (Foundational Islamic Studies) in Quetta, Kharotabad, with Sheikh Mufti Abdul Ghani Sahib. He further advanced his knowledge by completing the Dawrah-e-Hadith (advanced course in Hadith studies) at the central Kharotabad Madrasa (Jamia Muhammadiya Darul Ifta wal Hadith) with Sheikh Mufti Abdul Raziq Kadnavi Sahib.
    Before the victory of the Islamic Emirate, he actively participated in jihadist efforts aimed at protecting Islamic and national values.
    After the Islamic Emirate’s victory, he began serving in significant roles within key governmental offices of the country.
    1. Initially, he was appointed as the head of petroleum materials at Hairatan Customs in the early days following the victory.
    2. Subsequently, in 1401 Hijri Shamsi, upon the formal request of Da Afghanistan Bank, he was appointed as the commander of the security unit for Da Afghanistan Bank in Ghazni province.
    3. Recognizing his effective management, performance, and capabilities, he then became an official employee of Da Afghanistan Bank, where he rendered valuable services in the field of financial affairs.
    4. Later on, by the order of the Honorable Minister of Finance, Hedayatullah Badri, he was appointed as the Head of Tax Intelligence at the General Directorate of Revenue.
    5. Due to his achievements in financial affairs, leadership qualities, academic knowledge, and commitment, he was appointed by the order of the Prime Minister as the Director of the Directorate of Law Enforcement & Compliance Increase.
    6. Currently, he is serving as the director of the Directorate of Small Taxpayers.
    By virtue of his honesty, competence, and strong leadership, he has played a significant role in strengthening the country’s financial system and increasing revenue.
